If the leak originated during installation of the cartridge, you cannot use this cartridge. Clean the casing with a lint-free cloth and install a new cartridge. Did the leak occur during printing? Stop printing immediately. Remove the leaking cartridge holder and clean it with a lint-free cloth, dry the printer rollers and 3-4 white sheets of paper by removing the printer to absorb as much ink as possible.
